Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using MEO Live, operated by Simplex Digital Media Marketing & E-commerce (Mahendergarh, Haryana, India), you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Policy & Rules. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to go live, send or receive gifts, or hold a wallet balance on MEO Live. By using these features you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Your username must not be an email address and may not impersonate another person or brand. Notify us immediately at help@meolive.in if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Diamonds and Beans (virtual currency)
• Diamonds are a virtual item purchased with real money (via Razorpay) and can only be spent inside the app to send gifts. Diamonds have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another user, redeemed for cash, or refunded once spent. • Beans are a separate virtual item earned by hosts when they receive gifts. Beans may be withdrawn as real INR via UPI/bank transfer, subject to a minimum amount, identity verification (KYC), and manual admin review before any payout is issued. A payout is never automatic. • We may adjust the Diamond/Bean conversion rates, gift catalog, or withdrawal rules at any time; changes apply to transactions made after the change. • We reserve the right to freeze a wallet and investigate if we detect tampering, a modified client, or a mismatch between your balance and your real transaction history.
5. Purchases and billing
All Diamond purchases are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay (and, where available, Google Play Billing). See our Refund Policy for how refund requests are handled. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by your bank, card issuer, or payment method.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the videos, live streams, and other content you post. By posting on MEO Live, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, stream, display, and distribute that content on the app (including a permanent watermark) for as long as it remains on the platform. You confirm you have the rights to post whatever you upload, including any background music or sound used.
7. Prohibited conduct
Content or behaviour that promotes self-harm, suicide, or weapons; violence, nudity, or hateful speech; smoking, drinking, or illegal activity on camera; harassment, impersonation, or fraud; or attempts to tamper with wallet balances or manipulate gifting/leaderboards is strictly prohibited. 8. Hosting a live stream or audio room
If you go live or host an audio room, you are responsible for everything that happens in that session, including anyone you invite in as a co-host, speaker, or guest. We may end a live session or audio room, mute or remove a participant, or suspend hosting privileges if our rules are broken.
9. Enforcement and account actions
Depending on the severity of a violation, we may: restrict you from going live, suspend your account, or permanently delete it. For wallet-related violations, we may freeze a balance pending review. We aim to be fair and proportionate but reserve final judgment on what counts as a violation.
10. Account deletion
You may request deletion of your account from your Profile screen. Deletion requests go through an admin review and a 7-15 day grace period before being carried out permanently.
11. Disclaimers
MEO Live is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we are not responsible for content posted by other users. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between MEO Live and any host, agent, or user.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simplex Digital Media Marketing & E-commerce is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of Diamonds/Beans due to your own account security failure or violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use MEO Live after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Haryana, India.
